Our Holiday Apartments: Luxurious furnishings and love for details

Our apartments are all situated on the same property at Giglio Porto.

Only few steps away from the promenade, they can be reached on foot by a small path or a private street on the back of the residence.

Built in 2000 in a typical Italian sea-residential style with spacious terraces or balconies and large panoramic windows, our 5 apartments offer a truly exceptional comfort:
Fully fitted kitchens in Carrara marble with all modern appliances including dishwasher and an espresso machine, comfortable bedrooms with high-quality mattresses, bright dining areas and lounges with cosy sofa-beds and big cushions, TV/CD-Radio and open fireplace as well as teakwood garden furniture and barbecue grills offer you a holiday in a pleasant atmosphere. The apartments also have under-floor heating for the colder months.

We named our apartments after the sandy beaches of the Isola del Giglio:

Apartment 1, Porto (loc. Giglio Porto), sleeps 2 to 6

Our apartment Porto is situated on the upper floor and offers with it's 88 m², a double-bed bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower a truly uncommon comfort. From the lounge with fully fitted kitchen the panoramic windows facing a spacious balcony (51 m²) from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over the harbour and the sea. The balcony has garden furniture in teakwood, a barbecue grill and a washbasin for washing fresh fish.

Rates based on:

• Apartment standard: lounge with open kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bath with bathtub, balcony; 2 persons:
  EUR 875 - 1330 (low-highest season) per week
• 1 extra bedroom with bath, 1-2 persons: EUR 60 per night
• Use of double sofa bed; 1-2 pers.: EUR 25 per person and night

 

Apartment 2, Cannelle (loc. Giglio Porto), sleeps 2 to 4

The flat Cannelle is also situated on the upper floor and offers from its balcony (13 m²) a beautiful sea- and harbour-view. The flat is 40 m² large with one bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with dining table. The balcony is equipped with barbecue-grill and teakwood garden furnitures.

  EUR 665 - 1015 (low-highest season) per week
• Use of double sofa bed; 1-2 pers.: EUR 25 per person and night

 

Apartment 3, Campese (loc. Giglio Porto), sleeps 4 to 9

This and the following flats are at garden level. Campese is a large flat (60 m²) and offers 2 double bedrooms, a big kitchen and a living room with a 6-seat table as well as a sitting corner around the open fire-place. From the balcony (22 m²) with barbecue-grill and teakwood garden furnitures, you have a beautiful view over a small vineyard and the sea. At the back there is an outdoor shower and a washbasin.
